GRIPTIE operates exclusively as an online store. We do not have a physical retail location or showroom at this time — our pieces are curated, packed, and dispatched directly from our dedicated fulfilment warehouse. This allows us to maintain meticulous quality control on every order before it reaches you. Walk-in purchases or local pick-ups are not available. All orders must be placed through our website.

From Warehouse
to Your Hands

Every GRIPTIE order is individually inspected, steamed, and packaged at our warehouse before dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT, Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next working day.

During sale events or new collection launches, processing may take 1–2 additional business days due to high volume. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

GRIPTIE ships internationally to select countries. International orders are dispatched from our Pakistan warehouse via DHL Express or EMS. Delivery timelines are estimates; actual transit times may vary depending on destination customs clearance.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

Follow Your Order

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipment notification.

For domestic orders, tracking is available via the courier's website. For international orders, DHL Express provides live tracking updates including customs clearance status.

When Things Go Wrong

While we strive for every delivery to arrive on time and in perfect condition, delays can occasionally occur due to high courier volume, weather conditions, or customs holds beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out — we will investigate and keep you informed.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and email us at support@griptie.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

GRIPTIE is not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

Our Return Promise

We want you to love your GRIPTIE piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@griptie.com with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

No. GRIPTIE does not operate a physical store or showroom. We are an exclusively online brand and all orders are shipped from our warehouse directly to your address. Local pick-up is not available.
Our warehouse is a fulfilment facility and is not open to the public. We do not offer warehouse visits, appointments, or in-person purchases. All transactions are completed online at griptie.com.
Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Email us immediately at support@griptie.com with your order number and the corrected address. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect the parcel.
Yes, we ship nationwide. Delivery times and rates vary for remote or rural areas. If you are unsure whether your area is covered, contact us before placing your order.
No. Cash on Delivery is only available for domestic (Pakistan) orders. All international orders must be paid online via card at checkout.
Please check with neighbours or building reception first. If the parcel is still not found, email us at support@griptie.com within 48 hours of the delivery status update. We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
